
BrewerEscalante is the civil engineer for the proposed 113,000 square foot theater located on a 4 acre site on Westheimer Road
between Yorktown and Westheimer Way. The theater facility will include three stages for performance and teaching purposes. Complete
theater support and administration spaces as well as education facilities are provided. The $49 million project also includes a 128,000
SF parking garage. Gabriel Architects, Inc. is the project architect. The SWA Group is the landscape architect. A Houston institution
since 1967, the A. D. Players have pioneered a unique style of theater committed to producing programs that uphold human value, offer
creativity, and promote literacy and education. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2010.
BrewerEscalante is the civil and/or MEP engineer for new sites for Autumn Grove Cottage.
Autumn Grove builds and operates assisted living facilities for Alzheimer's patients. New projects
are being developed in the San Antonio and Houston markets. The 6,200 SF facilities are developed on sites
ranging from 1 to 2 acres. BrewerEscalante provides pre-acquisition due diligence, civil engineering for site
development and MEP engineering services.
BrewerEscalante has provided professional services to ExxonMobil since 1987. Brewer & Escalante provides
ExxonMobil with land acquisition due diligence, zoning and entitlements, engineering for paving, drainage,
utilities, site preparation, permit expediting and construction phase engineering services.

BrewerEscalante provided MEP engineering services for a new 80,000 SF Glazers Distributors warehouse facility in Lafayette, Louisiana.
The project included 20,000 SF of two-story administrative and sales offices, loading docks, and warehouse storage area. Brewer & Escalante
design scope included building mechanical (HVAC) systems, electrical service, site and building electrical distribution systems, domestic hot
and cold water systems, sanitary and vent systems, storm plumbing systems, fire pumps and fire protection systems. Bricker + Cannady Architects
& Signal Creek Architects served as project architects.

BrewerEscalante provided MEP engineering services for a new 100,000 SF Glazers Distributors warehouse facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for Las Fuentes, a 30 acre retail development project located at North
10th Street and Dove Avenue in McAllen, Texas. AmREIT is the developer on behalf of the property owner. The shopping
center is anchored by big box retailer Lowes and will include pad sites for restaurants and freestanding retailers.
The site design will include extensive water features and fountains to provide an exciting urban lifestyle environment.
Houston's Levinson Alcoser is the architect. We provided land acquisition due diligence, entitlement services, and site
development civil engineering.

BrewerEscalante provides Civil and MEP engineering services to Mustang CAT (formerly known as Mustang Tractor
& Equipment Company) under an evergreen contract. Mustang has facilities and operations throughout its 17 county
market in Southeast Texas. We provided civil engineering for the recently completed generator testing and repair
facility in Tomball, Texas. Our most recent assignments involve the planning for consolidation of Mustang operations
in Bryan, Texas and for facilities in Conroe, Texas.

BrewerEscalante provided civil engineering services for the country club at River Place on Lake Austin. River Place is a 1,450
acre development by Topletz Development Company. The project includes a championship golf course designed by Tom Kite and a 50,000
SF $ 6,000,000 country club facility. HKS Architects, Dallas, Texas was the project architect. Linbeck Construction, Dallas, Texas was
the general contractor.
BrewerEscalante is a civil engineer consultant for super-retailer Wal-Mart of Bentonville, Arkansas. Typical stores range
in size between 155,000 and 220,000 square feet on sites between 20 and 35 acres. Brewer & Escalante provides Wal-Mart with
land acquisition due diligence, zoning and entitlements, engineering for paving, drainage, utilities, site preparation, permit
expediting and construction phase engineering services. The projects assigned to Brewer & Escalante are located in southeast Texas.
