between Yorktown and Westheimer Way. The theater facility will include three stages for performance and teaching purposes. Complete
theater support and administration spaces as well as education facilities are provided. The $49 million project also includes a 128,000
SF parking garage. Gabriel Architects, Inc. is the project architect. The SWA Group is the landscape architect. A Houston institution
since 1967, the A. D. Players have pioneered a unique style of theater committed to producing programs that uphold human value, offer
creativity, and promote literacy and education. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2010.
BrewerEscalante is the civil and/or MEP engineer for new sites for Autumn Grove Cottage.
Autumn Grove builds and operates assisted living facilities for Alzheimer's patients. New
projects are being developed in the San Antonio and Houston markets. The 6,200 SF facilities are
developed on sites ranging from 1 to 2 acres. BrewerEscalante provides pre-acquisition due diligence,
civil engineering for site development and MEP engineering services.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for the 12,500 SF Youth Center and 6,900 SF
Administrative Building for Bethel Independent Presbyterian Church in Houston. Jackson &
Ryan Architects of Houston is the architect. New parking for 102 cars is planned on the 4 acre site.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for Bo's Place, a project conceived
to provide a comforting place for children to grieve and adjust to the death of a loved one.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for Brays Crossing Apartments. The project is a 149 unit
single room occupancy apartment project of the award winning developer New Hope Housing. The project
architect is Glassman Shoemake Maldonado of Houston. The $ 9.4 million project involves the re-modeling
of seven two-story buildings and the development of a garden style campus on a 2 acre site.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for the first phase of development for Christ the King Presbyterian
Church in Houston. We assisted the Church with due diligence when it purchased the 7.6 acre site on Silber
Road. Phase 1 construction includes a 62,000 SF church and parking for over 300 cars. Bullock Smith & Partners
of Nashville, TN is the project architect.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for the award winning renovation of the Clayton Library for
Genealogical Research. The project was developed by Clayton Library Friends. This is an historic structure
on the Texas Registry of Historic Places and is owned by the City of Houston. The scope of the project was remodeling,
renovation and additions to three buildings. In addition, the site was redesigned with enhanced landscaping. The
project is certified as a LEEDŽ Silver Project. The $5 million project is located on a 1.15 acre site at 5300 Caroline,
Houston. Glassman Shoemake Maldonado of Houston is the project architect. The project was completed in February 2009.
The project was the 2009 winner of the Historic Renovation category of the Landmark Awards of the Houston Business
Journal.
BrewerEscalante has provided professional services to ExxonMobil since 1987. BrewerEscalante provides
ExxonMobil with land acquisition due diligence, zoning and entitlements, engineering for paving, drainage,
utilities, site preparation, permit expediting and construction phase engineering services.
BrewerEscalante is the civil and MEP engineer designing facilities to completely
replace the existing water supply plants and wastewater treatment plants at Harris County's
136 acre jail facility in Atascocita. The capacity of these facilities is equivalent to a 1,152
single-family residential subdivision. When complete, the water and wastewater facilities will serve a
State of Texas Jail, The Harris County Sheriff's Department Training Facility, Harris County Juvenile
Boot Camp, Precinct 4 Maintenance Camp and Administrative Offices, a new 2,100 inmate Harris County Jail,
and will be designed for expansion to serve an additional 1,200 inmate jail in the future. Hermes
Architects is the project architect. BrewerEscalante is a sub-consultant under civil engineer WLB
Associates. Construction is scheduled for 2010.
BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for over sixty (60+) new retail sites for JP Morgan Chase Bank.
Sites are located in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Rio Grande Valley markets. We provide
land acquisition due diligence, entitlement services, and site development civil engineering services. Graeber,
Simmons & Cowan and Callison are the project architects.
BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for Las Fuentes, a 30 acre retail development project located at North
10th Street and Dove Avenue in McAllen, Texas. AmREIT is the developer on behalf of the property owner. The shopping
center is anchored by big box retailer Lowes and will include pad sites for restaurants and freestanding retailers.
The site design will include extensive water features and fountains to provide an exciting urban lifestyle environment.
Houston's Levinson Alcoser is the architect. We provided land acquisition due diligence, entitlement services, and site
development civil engineering.
BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer consultant in the design-build team that includes Morris Architects and
Vaughn Construction. The project includes demolition of an existing at-grade parking facility and the joint
construction of a new 1000 space, eleven-story parking garage for Methodist Hospital. BrewerEscalante provided
civil engineering services for pavement, grading, drainage, and utilities including extension of off-site sewer.
The $8.5 million project is located in the Texas Medical Center.
BrewerEscalante teamed with EEK Architects of New York City
for the conceptual design and preliminary engineering of the
Intermodal Terminal for Washington Group and Houston METRO.
BrewerEscalante is the civil and MEP engineer on the project.
The project is located just north of downtown. It will become the
main transit and transportation hub in the City of Houston. Retail,
entertainment, office and residential uses are planned adjacent to
the Intermodal facility. Transportation modes include highway, street,
light rail, bus, bus rapid transit, commuter rail, high speed rail,
and main line freight rail. Other consultants on the project include
Michael Baker and Llewelyn-Davies Sahni.

BrewerEscalante was the civil and MEP engineer consultant to Houston architect Rey de la Reza for the METRO
transit center project located on METRO'S Main Street light rail corridor at the Houston Medical Center. This
transit center is the City's largest with capacity for eighteen buses. The $6 million project also features
pedestrian bridge links to M. D. Anderson and to the light rail transit station at the Medical Center.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for Monarch School which is located on a 10.6 acre site in Houston.
The project is certified as a LEEDŽ Gold Project. Plans are to build a total of three school buildings. The site
includes a large basin for stormwater management but that also provides recreation areas and environmental
study areas. An oversized stormwater quality feature is designed to provide a wetland type environment for
students to manage. Jackson & Ryan Architects of Houston is the architect.

BrewerEscalante provides Civil and MEP engineering services to Mustang CAT (formerly known as Mustang Tractor
& Equipment Company) under an evergreen contract. Mustang has facilities and operations throughout its 17 county
market in Southeast Texas. We provided civil engineering for the recently completed generator testing and repair
facility in Tomball, Texas. Our most recent assignments involve the planning for consolidation of Mustang operations
in Bryan, Texas and for facilities in Conroe, Texas.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for the planned chapel on the 10-acre tract of land directly across
from the existing church campus located near the intersection of Old Foltin Road and Essie Road in Northwest
Harris County, Texas. Proposed site improvements include parking for 200 cars. Site work includes a storm water
detention facility with pump station. The Architect for the project is Sauviac + Dang of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for the new 18,000 SF church to be built at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic
Church in northwest Houston. The site is located ina floodplain and conveyance zone. The civil engineering design
included mitigation for floodplain fill and conveyance analysis as require b y the City of Houston. Jackson &
Ryan Architects of Houston is the architect. Parking for 173 cars will be added to the 19 acre site.

BrewerEscalante was the civil engineer for Perry Road from FM 1960 to Mills Road in Harris County, Precinct 4.
The project is a development of Harris County Public Infrastructure Department - Engineering Division. Perry Road
is designed as a 4-lane concrete boulevard with curb & gutter, storm sewer, detention and SWQMP facilities.
BrewerEscalante is also managing the environmental and the hydrology & hydraulics services for the adjacent
section of Perry Road from Mills Road to SH 249. Other team members include Huitt-Zollars, Dodson & Associates,
Othon, Inc., and PBS&J of Houston.

BrewerEscalante provided civil engineering services for the country club at River Place on Lake Austin. River Place is a 1,450
acre development by Topletz Development Company. The project includes a championship golf course designed by Tom Kite and a 50,000
SF $ 6,000,000 country club facility. HKS Architects, Dallas, Texas was the project architect. Linbeck Construction, Dallas, Texas was
the general contractor.

Sesquicentennial Park is located in downtown Houston, Texas along Buffalo Bayou from Texas Avenue at
Bagby Street to Franklin Avenue at Smith Street. This project was originally conceived to commemorate Texas'
150th year of independence. Today, it provides an important park resource for Houston's downtown theater district.
BrewerEscalante provided civil engineering consulting during the 1986 design competition. BrewerEscalante
provided project management consulting to project architect Team HOU during the design of Phase I of the park.
BrewerEscalante provided civil and electrical engineering services to Houston architect Ray & Hollington, for the
final phase of the project. The final phase of the park was completed in 1999.

BrewerEscalante provided civil and MEP engineering services for facilities improvements to the University of Houston Downtown
campus. Design included site and building lighting renovations, mechanical systems renovations, and electrical distribution system
improvements. Renovations addressed ADA, fire, safety and code issues. In addition, BrewerEscalante
coordinated electrical and
communications systems interfaces for services for the METRO Light Rail project, whose electrical and phone services were served by
facilities on the UHD campus. Rey de La Reza Architects served as the project architect.

in size between 155,000 and 220,000 square feet on sites between 20 and 35 acres. BrewerEscalante provides Wal-Mart with
