BrewerEscalante is the civil and/or MEP engineer for new sites for Autumn Grove Cottage.
Autumn Grove builds and operates assisted living facilities for Alzheimer's patients. New projects
are being developed in the San Antonio and Houston markets. The 6,200 SF facilities are developed on sites
ranging from 1 to 2 acres. BrewerEscalante provides pre-acquisition due diligence, civil engineering for site
development and MEP engineering services.

BrewerEscalante provided MEP engineering services for a new 80,000 SF Glazers Distributors warehouse facility in Lafayette, Louisiana.
The project included 20,000 SF of two-story administrative and sales offices, loading docks, and warehouse storage area. BrewerEscalante
design scope included building mechanical (HVAC) systems, electrical service, site and building electrical distribution systems, domestic hot
and cold water systems, sanitary and vent systems, storm plumbing systems, fire pumps and fire protection systems. Bricker + Cannady Architects
& Signal Creek Architects served as project architects.

BrewerEscalante provided MEP engineering services for a new 100,000 SF Glazers Distributors warehouse facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The project included 20,000 SF of two-story administrative and sales offices, loading docks, and warehouse storage area. BrewerEscalante
design scope included building mechanical (HVAC) systems, electrical service, site and building electrical distribution systems, domestic hot
and cold water systems, sanitary and vent systems, storm plumbing systems, fire pumps and fire protection systems. Bricker + Cannady Architects
served as the project architect.
BrewerEscalante is the civil and MEP engineer designing facilities to completely
replace the existing water supply plants and wastewater treatment plants at Harris County's
136 acre jail facility in Atascocita. The capacity of these facilities is equivalent to a 1,152
single-family residential subdivision. When complete, the water and wastewater facilities will serve a
State of Texas Jail, The Harris County Sheriff's Department Training Facility, Harris County Juvenile
Boot Camp, Precinct 4 Maintenance Camp and Administrative Offices, a new 2,100 inmate Harris County Jail,
and will be designed for expansion to serve an additional 1,200 inmate jail in the future. Hermes
Architects is the project architect. BrewerEscalante is a sub-consultant under civil engineer WLB
Associates. Construction is scheduled for 2010.

BrewerEscalante was the electrical engineer consultant to New York architect Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn and Houston
civil engineer PGAL for the $8.9 million Main Street Square, the exciting new public plaza on Main Street between Dallas and Walker
Streets in downtown Houston. The plaza boasts innovative architecture and has become a vibrant new town square. The focal point of the
square is a block-long fountain with sixty-one jets that are programmed to provide pedestrians with a constantly changing experience.
METRO light rail trains pass through the fountain. The project was developed by Central Houston Civic Improvement, Inc.

BrewerEscalante provided MEP engineering services for Houston METRO that included improvements to downtown and midtown streets in Houston.
Improvements include new pavestone sidewalks, bus shelters, banner poles, traffic signals, sign poles, information kiosks, irrigation trees,
electrical communications and drainage. PGAL was the architect for the project.
BrewerEscalante is the MEP engineer in support of the Civil (streets)
contract for METRO's East End Corridor Light Rail Transit project with
Houston Civil Engineer Omega Engineers. This project includes the new
LRT Line generally routed between along Harrisburg Boulevard between
downtown Houston and 69th Street. The proposed LRT Line construction
will include Transit Stations (for passenger embarking/de-embarking
the LRT trains), street modifications and civil improvements to accommodate
the new LRT elements and systems. The MEP scope includes Power and Communications
cabinets and services, conduit and wiring distribution, grounding and water and
storm sewer plumbing systems for eight stations. Each station includes lighting,
CCTV, paging system, phones, general power, data, signage, communication, grounding,
water distribution, and roof storm drainage. The project completion is scheduled for early 2012.
BrewerEscalante teamed with EEK Architects of New York City
for the conceptual design and preliminary engineering of the
Intermodal Terminal for Washington Group and Houston METRO.
BrewerEscalante is the civil and MEP engineer on the project.
The project is located just north of downtown. It will become the
main transit and transportation hub in the City of Houston. Retail,
entertainment, office and residential uses are planned adjacent to
the Intermodal facility. Transportation modes include highway, street,
light rail, bus, bus rapid transit, commuter rail, high speed rail,
and main line freight rail. Other consultants on the project include
Michael Baker and Llewelyn-Davies Sahni.

BrewerEscalante was the MEP engineer for Line Section 5 of METRO's Main Street Light Rail Transit project
(between the University of Houston/Downtown and West Gray in downtown Houston, Texas) with Houston architect PGAL.
The Houston Downtown Management District also engaged us for engineering services related to enhancements in the Main Street
light rail transit corridor.

BrewerEscalante was the civil and MEP engineer consultant to Houston architect Rey de la Reza for the METRO
transit center project located on METRO'S Main Street light rail corridor at the Houston Medical Center. This
transit center is the City's largest with capacity for eighteen buses. The $6 million project also features
pedestrian bridge links to M. D. Anderson and to the light rail transit station at the Medical Center.

BrewerEscalante provides Civil and MEP engineering services to Mustang CAT (formerly known as Mustang Tractor
& Equipment Company) under an evergreen contract. Mustang has facilities and operations throughout its 17 county
market in Southeast Texas. We provided civil engineering for the recently completed generator testing and repair
facility in Tomball, Texas. Our most recent assignments involve the planning for consolidation of Mustang operations
in Bryan, Texas and for facilities in Conroe, Texas.

Sesquicentennial Park is located in downtown Houston, Texas along Buffalo Bayou from Texas Avenue at
Bagby Street to Franklin Avenue at Smith Street. This project was originally conceived to commemorate Texas'
150th year of independence. Today, it provides an important park resource for Houston's downtown theater district.
BrewerEscalante provided civil engineering consulting during the 1986 design competition. BrewerEscalante
provided project management consulting to project architect Team HOU during the design of Phase I of the park.
BrewerEscalante provided civil and electrical engineering services to Houston architect Ray & Hollington, for the
final phase of the project. The final phase of the park was completed in 1999.

BrewerEscalante provided civil and MEP engineering services for facilities improvements to the University of Houston Downtown
campus. Design included site and building lighting renovations, mechanical systems renovations, and electrical distribution system
improvements. Renovations addressed ADA, fire, safety and code issues. In addition, BrewerEscalante coordinated electrical and
communications systems interfaces for services for the METRO Light Rail project, whose electrical and phone services were served by
facilities on the UHD campus. Rey de La Reza Architects served as the project architect.

BrewerEscalante provided MEP engineering services the 70,000 SF three-story Academic and Administration Building for the
University of Houston Victoria Campus. BrewerEscalante design scope included domestic hot and cold water systems, sanitary
and vent systems, storm plumbing systems, fire pumps and fire protection systems, storm pumps, and wastewater pumps, as well as electrical
control panels for all fire, storm and wastewater pumps. Budd Beets Harden Kolflat Architects served as the project architect.
BrewerEscalante was the MEP engineer consultant for the renovation and repairs for the Westside Command Station,
a project owned by the City of Houston. The building program includes repairs and modifications to the main building
first floor (48,800 SF), underfloor slab and utilities, and various site grading improvements. Other team members included
AEC Engineering and Spaw Glass Construction. English & Associates of Houston was the project architect.
