David Brewer is a civil engineer with over thirty five years experience as a consulting engineer.
Brewer is a registered professional engineer and a registered land surveyor. Brewer’s background includes planning and engineering for land and site developments, public works infrastructure, highways and transportation projects.
Brewer has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Michigan.
Prior to starting BrewerEscalante, Brewer spent over ten years with CRSS, a Houston-based architect/engineer, where he was vice president and manager of civil engineering in Houston. Projects were mostly large scale commercial developments such as Consolidated Diesel in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and 3M Center in Austin, Texas. |
